Pamela Baker Gratton

Pamela, a native of Rochester, NY, has devoted her career to creating meaningful change in the non-profit sector. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Education-Communication from SUNY Fredonia and a Master of Science in Education-Administration from SUNY Buffalo, Pamela has been a passionate advocate for education and community engagement.
As a Non-profit Manager, Pamela has contributed significantly to several esteemed organizations, including Upstate Medical University, the American Red Cross of Cayuga County, Junior Achievement of CNY, and the Alzheimer’s Association of CNY, where she has been a key leader for the past five years. Her dedication to collaborating with volunteers has made a lasting impact, strengthening programs that support and uplift communities.
Pamela's dedication extends beyond her professional roles through her active involvement in the Auburn Rotary Club. Over the past decade, her leadership roles have included serving as Club Program Chair since 2014, Club Vice President from 2021-2022, and Club President during the 2022-2023 term. Looking ahead, Pamela is excited to take on the role of CNY Rotary President in 2026-2027.
Outside of her professional and Rotary commitments, Pamela finds joy in her 100-year-old farmhouse in Cayuga County, where she resides with her husband, Charlie. Together, they are proud parents to three accomplished adult children—RC (32), Phillip (30), and Olivia (28)—and grandparents to four wonderful grandchildren: Ali (10), Winston (4), PJ (3), and Millie Rue (10 months).
Pamela’s life exemplifies the power of community, the rewards of service, and the strength of family bonds. She hopes her journey as an educator, leader, and advocate inspires others to make a difference in their own communities.
