Breakfast is on your own. Coffee service is available.

Participants check in, receive materials, and connect with fellow club leaders.

 

9:00 am Welcome & Introduction to the Rotary Action Plan (1 hour)

Keynote: Rotary’s Vision & Leadership in Action (Tom Gump?)

  • Overview of the Four Priorities

  • Table discussion: How does your club currently align with the Rotary Action Plan?

    1. Led by AG’s/AR’s

    2. Seat by AG/AR areas

 

10:00 am Break

 

10:15-11:15 Breakout Session #1: Action Plan Implementation Choice #1

Attendees choose among four tracks. Hands-on group work to develop strategies for implementation

  1. Increasing Our Impact: Designing high-impact service projects & measuring success. Hands-on activity: TBD

  2. Expanding Our Reach – Innovative membership growth & community partnerships. Hands-on activity: TBD

  3. Increasing Our Ability to Adapt - Scenario-based training around crisis management and leadership agility and embracing technology in Rotary operations. Hands-on activity: TBD

  4. Enhancing Participant Engagement - Roundtable discussions on member retention & engagement. Hands-on activity: Creating an annual Engagement Plan.

4:00-5:00 Breakout Session #4: Personalized Club Strategy Development

Guided session: Developing a customized action plan for your club

Peer feedback and refinement

  1. Participants break into 3-4 groups based on club size, location, AGs, or leadership challenges

 

5:00-6:30 Resource Fair & Happy Hour

  • Open up breakout rooms into one larger room for this?

 

6:30-9:00 Dinner then “Speed Dating”

Topic: Challenges and successes in club leadership (DG’s, AG’s, RI presenters & Encore Presidents & AGs share insights)

  • Each table will hear from 3-5 presenters

Crisis leadership, conflict resolution & adapting to change (Scenario-based?)

Panel: AGs & encore presidents share real-world experiences
