Our Vision: A program designed to give members who show leadership potential some insight into the education they would get should they commit to a leadership role for their club by inviting them to attend a portion of our PELS weekend. This could also be applicable for a President Nominee if a club cannot afford to send them to the full weekend.
How it works:
- Clubs sponsor member(s) to attend and get a taste of what Rotary leadership learning experiences are like
- Members can pay for themselves to go as well
- Goal is to keep cost reasonable
Future Leaders attend just a portion of PELS weekend to include:
- Hearing from a keynote speaker
- At least one dedicated breakout session
- Optional attending other breakout or general sessions
- Include at least one meal with their registration
Would working on a program like this be exciting for you?
