Your sponsorship of our Empire Multi-District President Elect Learning Seminar (PELS) provides supplemental financial support for the program that directly impacts the 160+ clubs who benefit from prepared, informed, and engaged leadership from their Club President each year.
 
With costs increasing each year, we are incredibly conscious of how our club's PELS dues and attendance fees are spent, both to remain fiscally responsible and to provide a motivating experience. While club contributions cover the basics, your contributions would provide enhancements such as:
  • Coffee & snack breaks
  • Binders, notepads, pens and other materials
  • Lanyards for name badges
  • Signage and printing
  • Professional audio/visual support
  • Headshots for incoming Club Presidents
  • 🆕Future Leaders Program
Sponsors will receive recognition before, during, and after our event, to be held in Syracuse, March 6-7, 2027. Below is an outline of the sponsorship options, with both traditional and signature selections, so you can know what you will receive in return for your generosity.

Future Leaders Sponsor $500

A special opportunity to support a brand new program designed to cultivate more leaders among our clubs by giving them a sneak peek into the kind of education and support our volunteer leaders get. Your sponsorship would not only garner you special recognition before, during and after PELS, but you would be helping off-set the cost to attend so this new feature is financially accessible to clubs who want to send members they see potential in, and members who wish to explore leadership directly.

This sponsor receives:
