Deb Glisson
Deborah A. Glisson joined the Rotary Club of Marcellus in 2004. Upon retirement from her position as Educational Administrator for the Marcellus Central School District, she transferred to the Rotary Club of Onondaga North.
Deb has served Rotary District 7150 in various leadership positions, including Club President, Membership Chair, Assistant Governor, District Governor (2014-2015), and Learning Committee Chair.
Since 2009, Deb has been active in the Empire Multi-District PETS Committee. She began that relationship as a facilitator and progressed to fulfilling the duties of various officer positions, including MDPETS Chair from 2020 – 2023. Deb was the 2024-2025 Multi-District PETS Alliance Chair and is currently the Executive Secretary.
Deb is the Executive Director of Rotary Leadership Institute - Northeast America (2020 -2026).
