Registration is open through Feb 28, 2026
Registration Instructions
It is important that all who plan to attend in any capacity take the time to register so we can have enough seats and meals for all. From planning committee members, to vendors, to pre-paid roles like President Elect and speakers, we need to know if you are coming!
Choosing the Right Ticket
When you click the blue REGISTER button, a window will appear where you will select your ticket. Below are descriptions for each ticket so you know which is correct for you based on why and in what capacity you are attending MD PELS:
- President Elect (PE): If you will be the president of your club for the 2026-27 Rotary year, you need this ticket, which costs $0 and includes the full weekend of meals and attendance.
- Club Representative: If you are going in place of your club's PE, you would choose this ticket, which also costs $0 and includes the full weekend of meals and attendance.
- President Nominee: If you will be the president of your club for the 2027-28 Rotary year (in two years), you need this ticket, which costs $275 and includes the full weekend of meals and attendance. Choose this if you are going in addition to your club's PE.
- Additional Club Leader: If you are in another leadership role in your club and wish to attend for your own educational purposes or because your club is sending you, choose this ticket, which is $275 and includes the full weekend of meals and attendance.

Come and have lunch, then table, or do your tabling and stay for the dinner and excellent speaker. This is $75 and includes one meal on Saturday.

Tell Us Your Meals
When registering, we will ask which meals you are attending. While most tickets include the full weekend of meals, perhaps you know that you are leaving early or are unable to attend some portion of the weekend. Telling us about any meals you will miss can help us reduce our costs by accurately reporting to the hotel how many are expected at each meal - Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast.
Paying for PELS
Should your registration incur a fee, you will have two options to pay - by check or by credit card through PayPal.
If paying with a credit card, please know that you do not need to have a PayPal account to complete the transaction. Click the button to proceed with payment and, instead of logging into PayPal, click the Pay by Credit/Debit Card button.
