In addition to her corporate leadership, Erica is a Licensed Realtor with North Star Real Estate, specializing in property analysis and expert guidance for buyers and sellers. Her professional background is further distinguished by her tenure as Executive Director for Frederick Douglass Family Initiatives, where she assisted in the acquisition of the future Frederick Douglass Museum site.
A passionate advocate for community service, Erica is a prominent figure within Rotary International. She is a member of the Rochester Southwest Rotary Club and concluded a successfulterm as the Vice President of International for Rochester Rotary in June 2025. For the past two years, she has also served as the Co-Chair for the PELS Committee (President-Elect Learning Seminar) for incoming Governor Lisa Norwood, demonstrating her commitment to leadership development within the organization.
One of Erica’s most enduring contributions to the Rochester community is the co-creation of the Sunshine Garden at the Sunshine Camp, a project she championed alongside current president Pauly Guglielmo. This sustainable initiative serves as a vital educational hub, teaching both children and adults about food sustainability and gardening practices while simultaneously producing fresh food to offset operational costs for the camp. Whether through her role as a top-tier sales executive—having previously delivered over $1.4 million in sales for KST Security—or through her local volunteerism, Erica continues to bridge the gap between professional excellence and meaningful community impact.
